Compensation per passenger

EUR 250 if flight distance is less than 1,500 kms;
EUR 400 if flight distance is between 1,500 – 3,500 kms;
EUR 600 if flight distance is more than 3,500 kms.

Compensation can be paid if:

  • Flight delay was happened within the last 5 years;
  • Flight belonged to an EU airline or flight boarded from at the airport of an EU country;
  • Flight delay was more than 3 hours;
  • Flight delay was caused by the fault of the airline, not by extraordinary circumstances;

This Announcement contains the available general constructions of AIM TO CLAIM EUROPE Ltd. „AVIATION PASSENGER INDEMNITY” FACTORING PRODUCT.

Within the meaning of 261/2004 EC Regulation AIM TO CLAIM EUROPE LIMITED purchases the indemnification, entitled the aviation passengers, in the case of cancellation of flight, flight delay or lawless refusal of boarding, based on the following terms and conditions.

Our company may purchases your claim connection with flight delay, if:

  • Date of the flight delay is within 5 years before the submission of compensation claim;
  • Flight boarded from at the airport of an EU country, or the flight belonged to an EU airline;
  • Flight delay was more than 3 hours;
  • Flight delay was caused by the fault of the airline, and was not caused by extraordinary circumstances;

261/2004 EC (11 February 2004) European Parliament and Council Regulation (hereinafter: 261/2004 EC Regulation) established common rules on compensation and help for flight passengers in the cases of rejected boarding, flight cancellation or long delay. Under 261/2004 EC Regulation the passengers are entitled to compensation for cancellation of flight, flight delay or lawless refusal of boarding.

CONDITIONS of REQUEST of AIM TO CLAIM EUROPE LIMITED „AVIATION PASSENGER INDEMNITY” FACTORING PRODUCT

Our company may purchases your claim connection with flight delay or cancellation of flight under the following conditions, if flight delay or cancellation of flight were caused by:

  • Airline staff strike or misconduct (eg.: pilots, flight attendants, insufficient stuff, late stuff);
  • Previous bad weather conditions, which caused delay at previous flights;
  • Refusal to take off due to overbooking;
  • Technical problems (except hidden flaws, or wilful misconduct of a third Party);
  • Any other conditions which do not constitute into majeure;

Our company does not purchase your claim connection with flight delay or cancellation of flight (extraordinary circumstances), if flight delay or cancellation of flight were caused by:

Terrorist action or attack;

  • Unexpected events related to air transport (strikes which do not related to airlines eg.: ground staff, air traffic control)
  • Political reasons or civil disobedience
  • Security risks
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Hidden flaws, or hidden technical error
  • Collision with birds

Needed documents for factoring

The consumer shall sign up to www.aimtoclaim.eu and upload the following necessary documents online:

  • copy of the boarding card of the delayed or cancelled flight, or the copy of the document, which can verify the e-ticket booking, which from can be clearly identified the flight and the booking,
  • Power of attorney generated online; signed and scanned
  • Factoring agreement generated online; signed and scanned

Factoring agreement can not be made without accurately and completely filled and signed forms. Enclosing the necessary documents is also indispensable.
